Global Warming Logic
Here's a direct quote from C&E News, Mar 27, p. 18: "However, Gleich did come up with some predictions that could be made with confidence.  'Global climate change will result in a warmer, wetter world, on the average, through increases in temperature and precipitation,' he said."

Now if I get Gleich's drift, it is that increases in temperature will cause the world to be warmer and increases in precipitation will cause the world to be wetter.

And to think they did the whole study with just tax money!
